Transition planning
Taking a big step requires planning. Whatever the goal: continuing education, vocational training, or employment. There are many paths available.
We have many years of experience supporting transition age youth (TAY), 16-25 years, and their families in postsecondary transition planning.

Wellness Services
We collaborate with local wellness practitioners who offer soundbath, yoga, and chair yoga sessions, in virtual or in-person formats.

We offer a monthly free virtual support group for parents who have children, school-age through adult, living with mental illness.
